Increase self-esteem and lower stress!

Our sessions are structured to provide both educational content and interactive activities, allowing you to learn, practice, and refine self-care techniques in a hands-on and engaging manner. You will have the chance to explore various aspects of self-care, from stress management and mindfulness to healthy boundaries and sleep hygiene.

In addition to the practical skills you'll gain, this group provides a valuable opportunity to connect with others, share your experiences, and build a supportive network. You'll leave each session with actionable strategies and a deeper understanding of how to care for yourself effectively.

At San Antonio Family Therapist, we offer a variety of group therapy and support groups designed to address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and developmental challenges. Our groups provide a supportive and understanding environment where individuals can connect, share experiences, and gain valuable insights and strategies for improving their well-being.

  • Professional Guidance: Led by an experienced therapist, our groups offer professional guidance and support, ensuring that participants receive high-quality care tailored to their needs.
  • Empowerment: Group settings empower individuals by providing them with a platform to voice their struggles and successes, fostering self-confidence and personal growth.

Types of Issues Addressed:
  • Anxiety: Learn techniques to manage anxiety symptoms, reduce stress, and build resilience.
  • Depression: Explore the root causes of depression, develop coping strategies, and find support from others who understand.
  • Autism and Neurodivergence: Specialized support groups for neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD, focusing on improving social skills, communication, and daily functioning.
