Wilsdaryon Prescher, LMSWI want you to know, first and foremost, that you are not alone.
I specialize in supporting individuals, teens, and families who are carrying heavy emotional pain, whether it’s from trauma, difficult relationships, or feeling like you don’t quite fit in. My approach is grounded in compassion, honesty, and deep respect for each person’s story. I believe healing happens in safe, nonjudgmental spaces where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. |

My path to becoming a therapist started in my childhood. I entered the foster care system at age
seven after experiencing abuse and instability, and by twelve, I was adopted into a family who
offered me the safety I’d been longing for. This experience ignited a passion within me, not only
to survive, but also to assist others in discovering hope during their darkest moments.

I hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work and a minor in Substance Misuse
Counseling from Tarrant County College. I currently practice as a Licensed Master Social
Worker (LMSW), under supervision, as I continue working toward full independent licensure.

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. I bring clinical skills, trauma-informed care, and
cultural humility, but I also bring empathy, authenticity, and a genuine desire to walk with you
through the hard stuff. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll start wherever you are.

Outside of therapy, I’m also the author of This Is Me Trying: Navigating Through a Lifetime of
Trauma, where I share my story of survival and healing. Music has also been a powerful outlet
for me, and I often find that it helps us explore emotions in meaningful ways.
